Product Profile
Product Name LIN7B antibody [1C9]
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse monoclonal antibody [1C9] to LIN7BPlays a role in establishing and maintaining the asymmetric distribution of channels and receptors at the plasma membrane of polarized cells. Forms membrane-associated multiprotein complexes that may regulate delivery and recycling of proteins to the correct membrane domains. The tripartite complex composed of LIN7 (LIN7A, LIN7B or LIN7C), CASK and APBA1 may have the potential to couple synaptic vesicle exocytosis to cell adhesion in brain. Ensures the proper localization of GRIN2B (subunit 2B of the NMDA receptor) to neuronal postsynaptic density and may function in localizing synaptic vesicles at synapses where it is recruited by beta-catenin and cadherin. Required to localize Kir2 channels, GABA transporter (SLC6A12) and EGFR/ERBB1, ERBB2, ERBB3 and ERBB4 to the basolateral membrane of epithelial cells. May increase the amplitude of ACCN3 acid-evoked currents by stabilizing the channel at the cell surface.

Application

Application

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of Human bladder tissue using anti-LIN7B mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Dilution 1:50)

Application

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Human lymph node tissue using anti-LIN7B mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Dilution 1:50)

Application

HEK293T cells transfected with either RC205598 overexpress plasmid(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained by anti-LIN7B antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Application

Anti-LIN7B mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected with LIN7B

Application

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human ovary tissue using anti-LIN7B mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Dilution 1:50)

Application

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY LIN7B (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-LIN7B.
Application Notes Flow Cytometry 1:100
