Product Profile
Product Name LKB1 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to LKB1 (serine/threonine kinase 11)This gene, which encodes a member of the serine/threonine kinase family, regulates cell polarity and functions as a tumor suppressor. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by the growth of polyps in the gastrointestinal tract, pigmented macules on the skin and mouth, and other neoplasms. Alternate transcriptional splice variants of this gene have been observed but have not been thoroughly characterized. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human LKB1. The exact sequence is proprietary.

Application

Application

LKB1 antibody detects LKB1 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LKB1 antibody diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.

Application

LKB1 antibody detects LKB1 protein at cytoplasm in mouse brain by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse brain. LKB1 antibody diluted at 1:500.
Positive Control Jurkat , Raji , NCI-H929 , A431 , HepG2
