Product Profile
Product Name LUC7L antibody, C-term
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit polyclonal to LUC7L (C-term)The LUC7L gene may represent a mammalian heterochromatic gene, encoding a putative RNA-binding protein similar to the yeast Luc7p subunit of the U1 snRNP splicing complex that is normally required for 5-prime splice site selection (Tufarelli et al., 21 [PubMed 1117747]).[supplied by OMIM]
Immunogen KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 315~344 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human LUC7L.

Application

Application

Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells using LUC7L Antibody (C-term)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram)FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Application

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma reacted with LUC7L Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Application

Western blot analysis of LUC7L Antibody (C-term) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). LUC7L (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

Western blot analysis of LUC7L (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal LUC7L Antibody (C-term) . 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the LUC7L gene (Lane 2) .
Application Notes ELISA: Use at 1:1,000
