Product Profile
Product Name LXR beta antibody , Internal
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to LXR beta (nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group H, member 2)The LX receptors (LXRs) were originally identified as orphan members of the nuclear receptor superfamily because their ligands were unknown. Like other receptors in the family, LXRs heterodimerize with retinoid X receptor (see MIM 180245) and bind to specific response elements (LXREs) characterized by direct repeats separated by 4 nucleotides. Two genes, alpha (LXRA, MIM 602423) and beta, are known to encode LXR proteins (Song et al., 1995 [PubMed 7625741]).[supplied by OMIM]
Immunogen Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human LXR beta. The exact sequence is proprietary.

Application

Application

LXR beta antibody [N2C2], Internal detects LXR beta protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: LXR beta protein stained by LXR beta antibody [N2C2], Internal diluted at 1:200. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] diluted at 1:1000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Application

Sample (50 ug of whole cell lysate) A: Mouse brain 10% SDS PAGE diluted at 1:1000

Application

Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate) A: Hela 10% SDS PAGE diluted at 1:1000
Application Notes *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
