Type-1 angiotensin II receptor-associated protein, AT1 receptor-associated protein, AGTRAP, ATRAP
Product description
This gene encodes a transmembrane protein localized to the
plasma membrane and perinuclear vesicular structures. The gene
product interacts with the angiotensin II type I receptor and
negatively regulates angiotensin II signaling. Alternative splicing
of this gene generates multiple transcript variants encoding
different isoforms.1) Bailey, S.D., et al. Diabetes Care 33(10):2250-2253(2010)
Immunogen
This AGTRAP antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 133-159 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human AGTRAP.
Western blot analysis in SK-BR-3 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).
