Application
This antibody stained HeLa cells. The primary antibody was incubated at 3.0 ug/ml overnight at 4˚C followed by a fluorescent labeled secondary antibody. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary. Information courtesy of the Cell Profiling group, SciLifeLab Stockholm.
Application
To detect Human CTACK by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human CTACK is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Application
To detect Human CTACK by sandwich ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with ProSci’s Biotinylated Anti-Human CTACK (38-274) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human CTACK.
