DNTTIP1 binds DNA and enhances the activity of terminal
deoxynucleotidyltransferase (TDT, or DNTT; MIM 187410), a DNA
polymerase that catalyzes the polymerization of DNA in the absence
of a DNA template (Yamashita et al., 2001 [PubMed
11473582]).1) Kubota, T., et al. Genes Cells 12(8):941-959(2007)
Immunogen
This DNTTIP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 145-174 amino acids from the Central region of human DNTTIP1.
Western blot analysis in SiHa cell line lysates (35ug/lane).
