Product Profile
Product Name DUSP15 Antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Antigen Alias Dual specificity protein phosphatase 15, VH1-related member Y, Vaccinia virus VH1-related dual-specific protein phosphatase Y, DUSP15, C20orf57, VHY
Product description The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the non-receptor class of the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. The encoded protein has both protein-tyrosine phophatase activity and serine/threonine-specific phosphatase activity, and therefore is known as a dual specificity phosphatase. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.1) Wu, C., et al. Proteomics 7(11):1775-1785(2007)
Immunogen This DUSP15 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 125-153 amino acids from the Central region of human DUSP15.
