Product Profile
Product Name EREG Antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Antigen Alias Proepiregulin, Epiregulin, EPR, EREG
Product description EREG is a member of the epidermal growth factor family. EREG can function as a ligand of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), as well as a ligand of most members of the ERBB (v-erb-b2 oncogene homolog) family of tyrosine-kinase receptors.1) Ben-Ami, I., et al. Hum. Reprod. 24(1):176-184(2009)
Immunogen This EREG antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 137-165 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human EREG.

Western Blot at 1:2000 dilution + A549 whole cell lysates Lysates/proteins at 20 ug per lane.

Application

Western Blot at 1:2000 dilution Lane 1: HepG2 whole cell lysates Lane 2: A549 whole cell lysates Lane 3: NCI-H1299 whole cell lysates Lane 4: U-87 MG whole cell lysates Lysates/proteins at 20 ug per lane.

Application

Antibody staining EREG in Human brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections).

Application

Antibody staining EREG in Human brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections).

Application

Overlay histogram showing HepG2 cells stained with Antibody (red line). The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 90% methanol for 10 min. The cells were then icubated in 2% bovine serum albumin to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1:25 dilution) for 60 min at 37ºC. The secondary antibody used was Alexa Fluor 488 goat
