Product Profile
Product Name FGF-basic Antibody [20B242.2]
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Immunogen The monoclonal antibody was produced in BALB/c X ICR F1 mice using recombinant hFGF-basic as the immunizing antigen.
Key Feature
Clonality Monoclonal
Host Species Mouse
Tested Applications ELISAWB
ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/mL of recombinant human FGF-basic when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human FGF-basic (XP-5137Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.125-0.25 μg/mL. Western blot: To detect hFGF-basic by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hFGF-basic is 1.0-2.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.

Application

Application

This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human breast invasive ductal carcinoma. The recommended concentrations are 0.25-0.50 ug/ml overnight at 4˚C. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval was performed with a pH 6.0 Sodium Citrate buffer. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary. Tissue samples were prov
