HPRT1 has a central role in the generation of purine nucleotides through the purine salvage pathway. HPRT1 catalyzes conversion of hypoxanthine to inosine monophosphate and guanine to guanosine monophosphate via transfer of the 5-phosphoribosyl group from 5-phosphoribosyl 1-pyrophosphate.HPRT1 has a central role in the generation of purine nucleotides through the purine salvage pathway. Storage Instructions
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store HPRT1 antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
