Oxysterol-binding protein-related protein 10, ORP-10, OSBP-related protein 10, OSBPL10, ORP10, OSBP9
Product description
This gene encodes a member of the oxysterol-binding
protein (OSBP) family, a group of intracellular lipid receptors.
Like most members, the encoded protein contains an N-terminal
pleckstrin homology domain and a highly conserved C-terminal
OSBP-like sterol-binding domain. Multiple transcript variants
encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.1) Koriyama, H., et al. J. Atheroscler. Thromb. 17(10):1054-1062(2010)
Immunogen
This OSBPL10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 669-695 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human OSBPL10.
Western blot analysis in U251 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).
