PDLIM3 contains a PDZ domain and a LIM domain, indicating that it may be involved in cytoskeletal assembly. In support of this, PDLIM3 has been shown to bind the spectrin-like repeats of alpha-actinin-2 and to colocalize with alpha-actinin-2 at the Z lines of skeletal muscle.1) Arola, A.M., (2007) Mol. Storage Instructions
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store PDLIM3 antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
