RPN2 is a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The protein is part of an N-oligosaccharyl transferase complex that links high mannose oligosaccharides to asparagine residues found in the Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif of nascent polypeptide chains. This gene encodes a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. Storage Instructions
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store RPN2 antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
