Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2 cells (Lane 2), using RSK1/2/3/4 (Phospho-Ser221/227/218/232) Antibody. The lane on the left is treated with antigen-specific peptide.
This gene encodes a member of the RSK (ribosomal S6 kinase) family of serine/threonine kinases. This kinase contains 2 nonidentical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates various substrates, including members of the mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK) signalling pathway. The activity of this protein has been implicated in controlling cell growth and differentiation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. Immunogen
RSK1/2/3/4 (phospho Ser221/227/S218/232) antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of Serine 221/227/218/232 (A-Y-S (p)-F-C) derived from Human RSK1/2/3/4.
