Zinc finger protein 443, Krueppel-type zinc finger protein ZK1, ZNF443
Product description
Zinc finger proteins (ZNFs) bind DNA and, through this
binding, regulate gene transcription. Most ZNFs contain conserved
C2H2 motifs and are classified as Kruppel-type zinc fingers. For a
general description of these proteins, see ZNF91 (MIM
603971).1) Lee, S.M., et al. Life Sci. 71(19):2267-2277(2002)
Immunogen
This ZNF443 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 36-64 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ZNF443.
Western blot analysis in CEM cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstdetected the ZNF443 protein (arrow).
