Fig1: Western blot analysis of HDG11 on HDG11 recombinant protein. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (ER1901-56) was used in 5% BSA at room temperature for 2 hours. Fig2: Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded A. thaliana tissue using anti-HDG11 antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 5% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (ER1901-56, 1/50) for 30 minutes at room temperature. These target genes are involved in jasmonate (JA) biosynthesis, and JA signaling affects root architecture by activating auxin signaling, which promotes lateral root formation. Acts as negative regulator of trichome branching. Required for the establishment of giant cell identity on the abaxial side of sepals. May regulate cell differentiation and proliferation during root and shoot meristem development. |
