Western blot analysis of BAFF/TNFSF13B using anti-BAFF/TNFSF13B antibody. Lane 1: recombinant human BAFF protein 10ng, Lane 2: recombinant human BAFF protein 5ng, Lane 3: recombinant human BAFF protein 2.5ng. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-BAFF/TNFSF13B antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate.IHC
