Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissues using FTO antibody with DAB staining.Pre-treat the sections with heat-mediated antigen retrieval using sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) (OM750020) for 2 minutes.
