Western blot analysis of KLF5 using anti-KLF5 antibody. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: human A549 whole cell lysates, Lane 2: human Hela whole cell lysates, Lane 3: human Caco-2 whole cell lysates, Lane 4: human PC-3 whole cell lysates. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-KLF5 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate. A specific band was detected for KLF5 at approximately 55 kDa. The expected band size for KLF5 is at 51 kDa.IHC
IHC analysis of KLF5 using anti-KLF5 antibody. KLF5 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human colon cancer tissue. The tissue section was incubated with rabbit anti-KLF5 Antibody at a dilution of 1:200 and developed using HRP Conjugated Rabbit IgG Super Vision Assay Kit with DAB as the chromogen.ICC/IF
ICC/IF analysis of KLF5 using anti-KLF5 antibody and anti-Alpha Tubulin antibody. KLF5 was detected in an immunocytochemical section of SiHa cells. The section was incubated with rabbit anti-KLF5 Antibody at a dilution of 1:100. Cy3-Conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Red) and Fluoro488-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Green) were used as secondary antibody.IP
