All five antibodies are rabbit polyclonal antibodies. The WB membrane enables simultaneous detection of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation complexes I–V, optimized for mitochondrial samples from mice and rats (rodents). This panel fully adopts the globally recognized gold standard OXPHOS quantification combination: NDUFB8/SDHB/UQCRC2/MT-CO1/ATP5A. All targets are core structural subunits of respective complexes, which are synchronously downregulated upon complex assembly defects, protein degradation, and mitochondrial damage. It serves as the gold standard reagent for investigations into mitochondrial respiratory chain deficiency, energy metabolism, and mitochondrial diseases. |
