Western blot analysis of various lysates using Nitro-Tyrosine Rabbit pAb at 1:1000 dilution. HeLaand C6 cells were treated with Perxynitrate（3mM）for 1 hours. NIH3T3 cells were treated with Perxynitrate（3mM）for 3 hours.
