Western blot analysis of LUC7L Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #AP6889b) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). LUC7L (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Western blot analysis of LUC7L (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal LUC7L Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #AP6889b). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the LUC7L gene (Lane 2) .
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma reacted with LUC7L Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells using LUC7L Antibody (C-term)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram)FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
