  • Myc tag antibody [GT0002] Immunoprecipitation of Myc tagged protein. HeLa transfected lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal mouse IgG or (C) 2.5 ug of anti-Myc tag antibody [GT0002] . (A) Input, 20ug of HeLa transfected lysates. The precipitated protein was detected by diluted at 1:10000. EasyBlot anti-Mouse IgG Kit was used in Western blot.

  • Myc-tag antibody detects Myc-tag protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Myc-tagged protein-transfected (+), 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myc-tag antibody diluted by 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

  • Myc tag antibody [GT0002] detects Myc-recombinant protein by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Myc tag transfected HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Myc-recombinant protein stained by Myc tag antibody [GT0002] diluted at 1:2000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
