Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Bcl-3Bcl-3, a proto-oncogene, is believed to be involved in certain human B cell leukemias. It encodes a protein that functions as an IkB-like molecule for native NFkB, but is specific for the p50 subunit of NFkB.

Host Species
Rabbit
Tested Applications
IHCIPWB
Western blot analysis (2-4 µg/ml). Per researchers feedback, the antibody also works well in Immunoprecipation (10-20 µg/ml), and Immunohistochemistry (20-40 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Detects 55-60 kDa Bcl-3 of human, mouse, and rat origins. Other species have not been tested.:

Target
Bcl-3
Tissue Specificity
This antibody is specific for Bcl-3.
Cellular Localization
Ubiquitination via 'Lys-63'-linked ubiquitin chains is required for nuclear accumulation.
