Product Profile
Product Name BCOR antibody, Internal
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit polyclonal to BCOR (Internal S1122)The protein encoded by this gene was identified as an interacting corepressor of BCL6, a POZ/zinc finger transcription repressor that is required for germinal center formation and may influence apoptosis. This protein selectively interacts with the POZ domain of BCL6, but not with eight other POZ proteins. Specific class I and II histone deacetylases (HDACs) have been shown to interact with this protein, which suggests a possible link between the two classes of HDACs. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome Y.
Immunogen KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1115~1144 amino acids from the Center region of human BCOR.

Application

Application

Western blot analysis of BCOR Antibody (Center S1122) in mouse stomach tissue lysates (35ug/lane). BCOR (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

BCOR Antibody (Center S1122) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Application

Western blot analysis of BCOR Antibody (Center S1122) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). BCOR (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

BCOR Antibody (Center S1122) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the BCOR Antibody (Center S1122) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
