Anti-CaV1.1_(extracellular) - expression of CaV 1.1 in rat skeletal muscle Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded rat skeletal muscle sections using Anti-CaV 1.1 (extracellular) antibody, (1:100), followed by DAB. CaV 1.1 staining is highly specific for striated muscle cells. Note that smooth muscle cells of arteries are not stained (arrow).
