Mouse monoclonal [WM15] to CD13This antibody recognizes the human CD13 cell surface glycoprotein, a 150kD molecule expressed by granulocytes and monocytes, and by myeloid leukemia cells. CD13 functions as an aminopeptidase enzyme and is also alpha receptor for coronavirus. Inhibits infection of cells by human coronavirus, inhibits aminopeptidase N activity of the CD13 molecule immunoprecipitates.
