Product Profile
Product Name CD30 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Monoclonal Mouse Antibody to Human Ki - 1 Antigen CD30This antibody reacts with a 105 kD glycoprotein expressed by Hodgkin's and Reed-Sternberg cells and by tumors cells of majority of large cell lymphomas. In normal lymphoid tissues, it reacts with a small population of large cells present around Bcell follicles and some times at the rim of germinal centers.
Immunogen BALB/C mice were immunized with L428 cell line.
Key Feature
Clonality Monoclonal
Isotype IgG1
Clone Number Ber-H2
Host Species Mouse
Tested Applications IHCIHC-PWB
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:10-1:25 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 1mM EDTA buffer, pH 8.0 prior to immunostaining.:
