This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:15-1:30 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature or overnight at 40 C. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. High temperature antigen unmasking technique is required for paraffin embedded tissue sections. We recommend using 1mM EDTA pH 8.0 buffer instead of sodium citrate pH 6.0 buffer for antigen unmasking.:
