Product Profile
Product Name CD45 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse Monoclonal antibody to CD45 (protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type, C)The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and thus belongs to receptor type PTP. This gene is specifically expressed in hematopoietic cells. This PTP has been shown to be an essential regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling. It functions through either direct interaction with components of the antigen receptor complexes, or by activating various Src family kinases required for the antigen receptor signaling. This PTP also suppresses JAK kinases, and thus functions as a regulator of cytokine receptor signaling. Four alternatively spliced transcripts variants of this gene, which encode distinct isoforms, have been reported. [provided by RefSeq]

Cellular Localization Membrane
Application

Application

Rat tissue extract (50 µg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD45 antibody [GT0014] diluted at 1:1000.

Application

CD45 antibody [GT0014] detects CD45 protein by flow cytometry analysis. Sample: THP-1 cell. Black: Unlabelled sample was used as a control. Red: CD45 antibody [GT0014] dilution: 1:50. Acquisition of 20,000 events were collected using a Dylight 488-conjugated secondary antibody for FACS analysis.

Application

Raji whole cell and membrane extracts (30 µg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD45 antibody [GT0014] diluted at 1:1000.

Application

Mouse tissue extract (50 µg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD45 antibody [GT0014] diluted at 1:1000.

Application

CD45 antibody [GT0014] detects CD45 protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Raji cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: CD45 protein stained by CD45 antibody [GT0014] diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Application

CD45 antibody [GT0014] detects CD45 protein by flow cytometry analysis. Sample: mouse splenocytes cell. Left: Unlabelled sample was used as a control. Right: CD45 antibody [GT0014] dilution: 1:50. Acquisition of 40,000 events were collected using a Dylight 488-conjugated secondary antibody for FACS analysis.

Application

CD45R antibody detects CD45R protein by flow cytometry analysis. Sample: THP-1 cell fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min. Black: Isotype control (ab97239) dilution: 1:100. Green: CD45R antibody dilution: 1:100.
Positive Control THP-1
