Mouse monoclonal [144B] to CD8 T cell (ready-to-use)
Immunogen
Synthetic peptide comprising of 13 C terminal amino acids ofthe cytoplasmic domain of CD8 molecule.
Key Feature
Clonality
Monoclonal
Isotype
IgG1
Clone Number
144B
Host Species
Mouse
Tested Applications
IHC-FIHC-P
For IHC-P: Pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded. No further titration is required. For IHC-Fr: Pretitered and quality controlled to work on acetone fixed frozen tissue sections. No further titration is required. Incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature or overnight at 4oC is recommended. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.:

Target Information
Target
CD8
Tissue Specificity
Reacts specifically with a 32 kD protein similar to CD8 molecule. This antibody stains cytotoxic/suppressor T cells and shows a staining patterns similar to clustered CD8 monoclonal antibodies.
Cellular Localization
Cell membrane
Light Chain Type
kappa
