Product description Mouse Monoclonal to Human Cytokeratin 14 SampleCytokeratin 14 is a type I intermediate filament. Commonly found associated with two keratin 5 molecules which together form a heterotetramer. Together they make the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells. Also, it is one of two cytokeratins that can distinguish stratifying epithelial cell types from simple epithelial cell types, being expressed by stratifying/keratinocytes cell types but not by simple epithelial cells.
Immunogen Last 15 C-terminal residues of human cytokeratin 14 conjugated to thyroglobulin.
