Monoclonal Mouse Antibody to Human Cytokeratin 20Cytokeratin 20 is less acidic than the other type I cytokeratins and is of particular interest because of its restricted range of expression. This antibody reacts with cytokeratin polypeptide of 46 kD in immunoblott analyses. Studies have shown that a marked difference exists in the expression of cytokeratin 20 among various carcinomas.
Immunogen
Cytokeratins isolated from human micro dissected villi of human duodenal mucosa.

Tested Applications
IHCIHC-PWB
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Proteolytic digestion of formalin fixed paraffin tissue sections is required prior to immunostaining. Can also be used for: Western Blotting (1:50 to 1:100):
