Product Profile
Product Name GOT1 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse Monoclonal antibody [GT638] to GOT1 (glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1, soluble)Glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase is a pyridoxal phosphate-dependent enzyme which exists in cytoplasmic and mitochondrial forms, GOT1 and GOT2, respectively. GOT plays a role in amino acid metabolism and the urea and tricarboxylic acid cycles. The two enzymes are homodimeric and show close homology. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the N-terminus region of human Aspartate aminotransferase. The exact sequence is proprietary.

Application

Application

Aspartate aminotransferase antibody detects Aspartate aminotransferase protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Aspartate aminotransferase antibody diluted by 1:1000.
Positive Control 293T , A431 , HeLa , HepG2
