This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work allon formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required. We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Athough not required, enzymatic predigestion may help in some cases.cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required. We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Target Information
Target Human kappa Light chain
Tissue Specificity This antibody reacts with B cell follicles in human lymphoid tissues. The mantle zones give a mosaic pattern, while the germinal centers show a coarse meshwork pattern of staining. This antibody stains free as well as bound kappa light chains. This antibody does not react with human lambda light chain.
