Product Profile
Product Name IKK beta antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse monoclonal [10A9B6] to IKK betaNFkB is associated with IkB proteins in the cell cytoplasm, which inhibit NFkB activity. The IkB kinase (IKK) phosphorylates IkB, and mediates IkB degradation and NFkB activation. IKK is a serine protein kinase. The beta subunit is part of the IKK complex.
Immunogen This antibody was raised against the 6xHis tag full-length proteincorresponding to human IKK beta.

Application

Application

Western blot analysis of IKK beta in Daudi cell lysate using IKK beta antibody at 5 ug/ml.

Application

2 g of was used to immunoprecipitate IKK beta from 1x10^6 cells. The immuno-precipitated protein was detected by western blotting (ECL).
Positive Control Daudi whole-cell extract
