Monoclonal Mouse Antibody to Mast Cell ChymaseThis antibody reacts with mast cells distributed in skin, synovium, lung and heart. Mast cells contain a number of preformed chemicals mediators such as histamine, Chymase, carboxypeptidase and proteolytic Tryptase. Human mast cell chymase is considered to be an important marker of mast cells as well as an important mediator of inflammation.
Immunogen
BALB/C mice were injected with a purified human skin Chymase.

This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:100-1:200 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.:
