Suspension of human mesothelioma cells from patients with malignant epithelial mesothelioma.
Key Feature
Clonality
Monoclonal
Isotype
IgM
Clone Number
HBME-1
Host Species
Mouse
Tested Applications
IHC-FIHC-P
IHC: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:12-1:25 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions and antibody dilutions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining.
Species Reactivity
Human
Concentration

Purification
Unpurified
Target Information
Target
Mesothelioma
Tissue Specificity
This antibody reacts with an unknown antigen on microvilli of mesothelioma cells. It stains normal mesothelial cells as well as epithelial mesothelimias in a thick membrane pattern due to abundant lung microvilli on the surface of these cells.
Cellular Localization
Cell membrane.
Application
Application
IHC Image using - Detection of Mesothelioma by IHC in Human Mesothelioma
Application
Formalin fixed paraffin embedded human mesothelioma stained with Mesothelioma antibody .
Positive Control
Mesothelioma.
