| This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:25 to 1:50 with AutoProbe III (GTX28620). When using paraffin-embedded and formalin-fixed tissues, high temperature antigenic unmasking technique (see instructions below) is strongly recommended for consistent and reproducible results. This product can also be used on frozen tissue sections. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.: |
