Monoclonal Mouse Antibody to p57Kip2 ( Mitotic Inhibitor / Suppressor Protein )This antibody is specific to a protein of 57 kD known as p57Kip2 a cell cycle regulatory mitotic inhibitor. This antibody does not cross react with p27Kip1. p57Kip2 is a potent tight-binding inhibitor of several G1 cyclin complexes and is negative regulator of cell proliferation.
Immunogen
BALB/C mice were injected with mouse recombinant p57Kip2 protein.

Tested Applications
IHC-PIP
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 30 min at RT. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. For IP: Use at a dilution of 1:50. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.:
IHC-P analysis of colon carcinoma using p57 Kip2 antibody [57P06].

IHC Image using - Detection of p57 Kip2 by IHC in Human Colon Carcinoma
Positive Control
Colan carcinoma
