| By Western blot, this antibody recognizes a band at ~56 kDa, representing hPP2A B56gamma3 protein in transfected cells. Bands at ~50 and 35 kDa may also be seen. Western Blot analysis of endogenous samples has demonstrated high background. This antibody has not been tested in immunoprecipitation. However, previous experiments suggest that this antibody has a high liklihood of being useful in IP/WB assays on endogenous samples, with low background.Suggested working dilutions: *Western Blot - 1:1,000Immunoprecipitation - Not Determined (2 mg lysate)*The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.: |
