Human pancreas tissue stained with FGFR1 Antibody at 1:50 followed by biotinylated anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody, alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr653/654 of human FGF receptor-1 (KLH coupled). The corresponding sequences are identical in FGF receptor-2, -3 and -4.
Modification
p-Tyr653 / Tyr654
Key Feature
Clonality
Monoclonal
Isotype
IgG2b
Host Species
Mouse
Tested Applications
IHCWB
FGFR1 antibody can be used in immunohistochemistry starting at 1:10, and flow cytometry.
Detects overexpressed levels of Tyr653/654 phosphorylated FGF receptors. Slightly cross-reactivity with activated PDGF and insulin/IGF-I receptors. Does not cross-react with other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins.
