Application
This antibody stained human brain stroke (including control cortex and stroke core areas) tissue. The primary antibody was incubated at 2.5 ug/ml overnight at 4˚C. This was followed by a fluorophore conjugated secondary antibody. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary.
Application
To detect hIL-11 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIL-11 is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.

Application
To a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100µl/well), a concentration of 8.0-9.0 ug/ml of this antibody will detect recombinant human IL-11 when used with ProSci's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IL-11 (XP-5164Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 ug/ml.
