Human placenta tissue stained with STX12 Antibody at 20 μg/mL followed by biotinylated anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody, alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Identifies recombinant rat syntaxin 13 and will detect an ~38 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of syntaxin 13 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse, rat, dog and hamster origins
