Western blot analysis of lysates from Karpas 299 cells using Phospho-IRAK4-Thr345/Ser346 Rabbit pAb at 1:800 dilution. Karpas 299 cells were treated with IL-1β (10 ng/ml) at 37℃ for 15 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)at 1:10000 dilution.
