Western blot analysis of ANT1/2 using anti-ANT1/2 antibody. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions.After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-ANT1/2 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:2000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The protein forms a homodimer embedded in the inner mitochondria membrane. Suppressed expression of this gene has been shown to induce apoptosis and inhibit tumor growth.
