Growth arrest-specific 7 is expressed primarily in terminally differentiated brain cells and predominantly in mature cerebellar Purkinje neurons. GAS7 plays a putative role in neuronal development.1) Chao,C.C., J. Neurosci. Res. 81 (2), 153-162 (2005)
Immunogen 
This GAS7 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 438-465 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human GAS7.
