GFI1B acts in the late stage of erythroid differentiation as a transcriptional repressor. GATA-1 and NF-Y both contribute to erythroid-specific transcriptional activation of the Gfi-1B promoter. Storage Instructions
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store GFI1B antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
