ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Can be paired for ELISA with GTX10050 Mouse monoclonal [DD1] to D-Dimer , GTX10052 Mouse monoclonal [DD2] to D-Dimer and GTX10053 Mouse monoclonal [DD3] to D-Dimer . To be analyzed in sandwich immunoassay, plasma must be diluted with 10 mM Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.5, containing 1 M NaCl and 0.1 % Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final NaCl concentration in plasma samples must be 0.5 M or more. Because of cross-reaction of available antibodies used for detection in sandwich ELISA (this antibody, GTX10055, and GTX10056) with fibrinogen we strongly recommend the 2 step sandwich ELISA technique. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. |
